The Rental Property Owners Association of Michigan is a not-for-profit  Michigan corporation made up of 13 rental property owner associations throughout Michigan. The association includes representation from Albion, Battle Creek, Delta County, Detroit, Genesse County, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Lansing, Macomb County, Muskegon County, Oakland, St. Joseph County, and Wayne County.

Members of these associations are also members of the state organizations.

These associations represent over 3,200 landlords and investment property owners. The purpose of RPOA-M is to advance the commercial and economic principles of the rental property industry in the State of Michigan through active participation in state legislative activities and lobbying.

Volunteers meet on a quarterly basis in Lansing to review pending legislation and discuss issues which affect the rental property business.
