The Rental Property Owners Association (RPOA) is a nonprofit business association whose mission is to support and facilitate its members’ success in ethical real estate investment and rental property management through leadership. Not only are we Michigan’s largest real estate investor association (REIA), but we are also one of the largest REIAs in the country. We have been helping real estate investors succeed since 1968.

The RPOA also lobbies for the industry’s concerns on a local basis in the Greater Grand Rapids metropolitan area as well as statewide industry lobbying efforts.

Educational Courses

The association also offers a Real Estate Investor Training Program, which includes over 20 classes on real estate investing, covering topics such as buying and selling rental property, financing deals, tenant screening, and various other subjects. Many classes offer continuing education (CE) credits or certification.
